Rodrigo stroke at birth effecting right arm, falls easily

Notes: On this property that is owned by the mother lives her son, daughter, her husband, and their children. The son lives in a house attached in the back. The rest live in the front. Young Rodrigo had a stroke at birth which effected his right side. He walks well, but stumbles if he runs. He did receive some therapy when he was very small, and then was sent home with the family. He has limited use of his right hand and arm. We provided some foam blockers to work with his hand, and exercises. The family is very good about working with him. The government sends a therapist to work with Rodrigo twice a month. Very sweet family. Very interested in their children.
